Shipping policy

We've had to bring our postage charges inline with Australia Post's latest price rise effective 03-07-2023 

All orders are shipped with any of the following services including Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT FedEx or TOLL. All shipping consignments will include Insurance & Tracking.  Generally, orders are despatched within 2 business days.

Postage on orders over 10kg will be calculated as required & quoted separately.   

Authority to Leave:  We cannot ship anything with Authority to Leave instructions or “leave on porch behind bin”, all orders shipped will require a signature on delivery. 

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

  • Missing Order:  If your order goes missing in transit or is delayed, first check the tracking information we have provided you. If there has been no movement for 7 days, please contact us or Australia Post about the shipment. This process may take up to 7 days to resolve & is totally in the hands of Australia Post or carrier service.
  • Scanned as Delivered but Missing:  If Australia Post or the carrier service deems the shipment “scanned as delivered” & you have looked everywhere, checked with other household members & can not find it then let us know. We can enquire  to obtain photographic evidence of where it was left.  You can always contact your local Post Office & get them to verify with the postie about your “scanned as delivered” delivery.
  • Lost in Transit:  If your order is deemed “LIT” Lost in Transit by Australia post or the carrier service & declared as such, we will refund or re-ship your order, what ever best suits you.
