This is the top whip part only, covers 500-520MHz.
It simple screws onto the existing adhesive mount that you have on your vehicle. If you do not have this part, we have the mounting kit available. #KAV385
There is no cutting chart for this antenna, you should be able to field tune it with a VSWR meter and using the tuning adjustment screw on the inside mount part.
